2. Forest
The second island begins with a search for three leeches on land. Returning them gives you the bait needed to summon the Giant Piranha.
Main objective：Find 3 leeches, exchange them for leech bait, defeat the Giant Piranha, give its skeleton to the woman, and take the flash drive containing the next island’s coordinates.
Main walkthrough
- Talk to the woman near the island shop. She explains that the Giant Piranha likes leeches and asks you to collect exactly 3 of them so she can make the required bait.
Talk to the woman to learn about the Giant Piranha and the leech-bait request - Search the vegetated ground near the middle of the island. The leeches are very small land pickups and do not appear in the water. Move slowly until their white item names become visible, return all three to the woman, and take the leech bait she offers.

After returning all three leeches, take the leech bait from the woman - Before casting, buy a shotgun, ammunition, food, and the bullet-damage upgrade if you can afford it. The laser sight is optional. If you need fish to sell or eat, buy the $25 dynamite and use it at the shallow pond to kill several fish at once.

The ammunition case sells upgrades that increase firearm damage 
The optional laser sight shows where the weapon is pointing when firing from the hip - Install the leech bait on a fishing rod and cast from the shore to hook the Giant Piranha. Fight from dry ground, use trees as cover, and fire the shotgun from close range when it is safe. After the boss loses about half its health, keep circling while you eliminate the small piranhas it summons. You can eat them to recover during the fight.

After losing about half its health, the boss summons several small piranhas - Defeat every remaining small piranha before collecting the drops. Pick up the Giant Piranha skeleton rather than a meat chunk, give it to the woman, and take the flash drive containing the coordinates to the desert island.
