Giant Piranha

How to start the fight：Find 3 leeches on the vegetated ground, return them to the woman, install the leech bait she gives you, and cast into the water.

Objective after the fight：Keep the Giant Piranha skeleton and give it to the woman. Meat chunks do not complete the objective.

Preparation and fight walkthrough

1. Prepare a shotgun, damage upgrades, enough ammunition, and food before using the leech bait. The trees near the fight provide useful cover.
2. Remain on dry ground and use the trees to interrupt the Giant Piranha’s attacks. Do not fight from the water or stand directly beside it, because the fish can launch out of the water toward you.
3. After losing about half of its health, the Giant Piranha summons additional small piranhas. Eliminate them before they surround you. If necessary, eat a defeated small piranha to recover during the fight.
4. After the boss dies, clear any remaining small piranhas before searching the drops. Pick up the skeleton rather than a meat chunk, then give the skeleton to the woman to unlock the next route.
