How to catch Sunfish
- Equip the Beginner Lure ($3, lost 35%) on the Fishing Rod and cast off Forest Island.
- Do not assume a cheap lure means a cheap fight. Sunfish has 1,500 health, so bring the best gun Forest Island sells.
- It also takes the Beginner Boss Lure ($40), which is the same bait used to summon the Old Pike.
- Base weight is 84 kg — the heaviest Forest Island catch — but the base price is only $50, so grind it for the weight, not the money.

Weight and completion, not income. $50 for 1,500 health is the worst money-per-damage trade in the Forest Island pool.
